1. (Update) Recently the acting assistant Secretary of the Army for Financial Management and Comptroller, Stephen G. Barth, emphasized the value of the Defense Comptroller Program (DCP), particularly in ensuring excellent financial management and resource-based decision-making. Additionally, Mr. Barth pointed out the vital role that agile, technologically savvy management expertise plays in such a fast-changing and challenging world.  Apply now for the DCP, a Long-Term Training (LTT) opportunity for Civilians and Military personnel from all services and career programs open to grades GS-11-13 and certain, GS-14 personnel may apply.  Army Military selection priority is for Active and Active Guard Reserve (AGR) Officers and Noncommissioned Officers (NCO) in the ranks of senior Captain, Major, Sergeant First Class, Master Sergeant, and Sergeant Majors.
