Review the results of the FY20 Colonel Finance and Comptroller Key Designated Billet (KDB) Selection Panel, which convened at the Human Resources Command from 27 - 29 August 2018.  The panel members effectively executed the VCSA's talent management strategy to select our most talented officers to support our key and strategic positions across the force.
