The Finance Corps/Regiment NCO and Soldier Warrior Challenge will commence on 29 April - 1 May 2019 at the Army Financial Management School, Fort Jackson, SC. The NCO and Soldier selected will reign as the Finance Corps/Regiment NCO and Soldier of the Year 2019-2020.
All nominated NCOs and Soldiers will have an initial screening of packets through a virtual board starting on March 4, 2019 and concluding on March 8, 2019. The top seven NCOs and top seven Soldiers will represent their organizations at Fort Jackson.
The Warrior Challenge will assess the mastery of FM Warriors in the areas of Army Physical Fitness Test, tactical road march, basic rifle marksmanship, land navigation skills, battle drills at the appropriate skill level, and a mystery event. The challenge will culminate with a board appearance consisting of a panel of Senior NCOs in the FM community.
