Training Opportunities:
The Operational Support Team (OST) at USAFMCOM in Indianapolis, IN will host a Train-the-Trainer event 11- 15 March 2019. The classes offered include Cashier, Commercial Vendor Service (CVS), and Deputy Disbursing Officer/Deputy Agent (DDO/DA) Operations.

(New) Effective immediately, all Army-operated Disbursing Offices will use the interface payment files generated by the applicable entitlement systems (i.e. General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Ready-To-Pay (R2P) Jiles, Computerized Account Payable System (CAPS) upload files, Integrated Automated Travel System (IATS) upload Jiles, etc.) to process, record, and pay all properly entitled and certified payments.
