The "Chief of the Corps Sends" is a message from Colonel Hoerner reflecting on his first year as the Commandant and Chief of the Corps containing several important events which have impacts across the branch. Training Opportunities:

 
The Operational Support Team (OST) at USAFMCOM in Indianapolis, IN will host a Train-the-Trainer event 11- 15 March 2019.  The classes offered include Cashier, Commercial Vendor Service (CVS), and Deputy Disbursing Officer/Deputy Agent (DDO/DA) Operations.

1. FY19 Army Financial Management School (AFMS) Credentialing Opportunities.  The Army Financial Management School is proud to sponsor credentialing initiatives for Army Financial Management Soldiers.  Register now, before the December 18, 2018 deadline.

2. (New) The Regimental Command Sergeant Major (CSM) Penn would like to reintroduce the Financial Management Council of Advisors (CoA) CSM/SGM Community of Interest (COI).  The CoA community is restricted to Master Sergeants, Sergeant Majors, and Command Sergeants Major in the 36B Career Management Field.  Recently shared on the site is MILPER message 18-182 Fiscal Year 20 (FY20) Regular Army (RA), Army Special Forces (ARSOF)/Special Management Unit (SMU), and United States Army Reserve, Active Guard Reserve (USAR (AGR)) Brigade/Battalion Command Sergeant Major (CSM) Centralized Selection List (CSL) Board.

3. (New) Read the new Army Strategy, which establishes four lines of effort with speci?c objectives to chart a path of irreversible momentum towards 2028.

(New) In a continued effort to provide the latest unit training readiness information and guidance for FM leaders to plan, conduct, and assess battle-focused unit training IAW Objective-T.  The Proponency Division has completed three TRGs, based on current Army training readiness guidance. Each TRG supplement the Combined Arms Training Strategies (CATS) by preparing the FMSC, FMSU, and FMSD to “Fight Tonight” in support of LSCO.  The how-to/one-stop training guides also consolidate all specific FM training information that helps leaders use their standardized mission essential tasks (METL) to incorporate crawl/walk/run training events into their unit training plans.
