LTC (RET) Robert Martin passewd away 17 SEP 2018
Monroe - Robert "Bob" Martin was born on October 19, 1933 in St. Louis, MO and passed away on September 17, 2018 in West Monroe, LA. Bob was a retired U.S. Army Lt. Col. and ULM Professor and Associate Dean of the College of Business. He was a former board member of the Military Officers Association of America, Monroe Symphony Orchestra and Strauss Little Theatre.

He is survived by a loving family including his wife Ann Martin; son Jeffrey Martin and wife Kathy; daughter Susan Murray and husband Gregg; grandchildren Olivia Carr and husband Toren, Julia Martin, Patrick Martin, and Daniel Martin; and brother John Walter Martin, Jr.
He had 84 good years, but did not quite make it to number 85. He is survived by his wife Ann Martin, and his 2 children, Jeff and Susan, and 4 grandchildren.

He was laid to rest at the Northeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery last week.
A Celebration of Life Visitation was held for Robert "Bob" Martin from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM on Saturday, September 29 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe.
