2083, 28 Aug 2017Acquired over 26 years of experience developing and executing Financial Management (FM) policies and programs at Battalion and Brigade levels. Served successfully in every leadership position in the Noncommissioned Officer Corps and those authorized in a Finance and Accounting Office (F&AO). My last two assignments as the Financial Management School Command Sergeant Major (CSM) and CSM of the Soldier Support Institute (SSI) advising a General Officer on the full spectrum of Financial Management (FM) and Human Resources (HR) operations reflect my performance and contributions at the highest levels. As a Financial Management Subject Matter Expert (SME), I have a wealth of experience integrating actions across the Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leader Development and Education, Personnel, Facilities and Policy (DOTMLPF-p) domains on behalf of the Commandant of the Financial Management School (FMS) and across the Soldier Support Institute (SSI), Combined Arms Support Command (CASCOM), Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) and other Major Commands (MACOMS), Assistant Secretary of the Army for Financial Management and Comptroller (ASA (FM&C)) and Office of the Secretary of Defense-Comptroller (OSD-C).
