New Member - MAJ WILLIAM III F RAWLEY
1591, 09 May 2016Please welcome MAJ WILLIAM III F RAWLEY as the latest member of our RAFINO family.
William F. Rawley (Frank) is the son of COL William F. Rawley, a member of RAFINO.
Frank was active duty from 1969 - 1973 with Military Intelligence, branch transferring to Finance while with 1st MI BN at Ft Bragg.
He then went into and remained in the reserves until his retirement in 1994.
