Esther and I served with Dick and we were good friemds. After retirement, we frequently had occasion to get together socially. Esther and I are deeply saddened by his passing. He was a good and decent man, and he served his country well and with honor. He will be missed. Rest in Peace my friend.

I have known and served with Dick several time over 60 years. I had the opportunity to spend time with him during the RAFINO last year. I will miss him.
