Reunion Update

Our reunion VP, Troy Clay, has been in negotiations with the players in the 2020 (now 2021) reunion and provides the following update:

The Charleston 2020 reunion has now officially been rescheduled to 6-10
October 2021 (Wed - Sun).  The Crowne Plaza Hotel was gracious enough to
honor the same hotel rates ($138/night with 2 breakfast buffets/room/day).
Also they will honor this same rate up to three days before or after if
people choose to come early or stay longer.

For those folks that made hotel bookings for this October and are still
planning to attend in October 2021, the hotel is going to attempt to roll
over the reservations to prevent folks from having to cancel and rebook
their hotel room.  They will not be able to confirm their ability to roll
over the rooms until they are able to build out next year's block of hotel
rooms (this will occur at the end of this October).  With that said, there
is no need to take any action with any existing hotel room reservations at
this point.  We will provide an update once we hear back from the hotel on
their ability to do so.

We were also able to secure the same excursions in October 2021 and at the
same price as we had for this October.  For any paid excursions made as part
of your registration, there will be no action required if you plan on doing
the same excursions.

As we move into January of 2021, we will look to publish another
registration and hotel link for those wishing to register for the
rescheduled reunion in October 2021.
