Troller in the Pokey

Kevin Troller has been incarcerated.  Here are the particulars in his case:

Fellow Finance Soldiers --  part of why I like City Management is getting more and more involved in civic-minded projects.  I am the area United Way campaign chairman, City Habitat for Humanity volunteer coordinator, and this year is the first time I'll be locked up in support of MDA.  Would you consider supporting me?  Whether you can or can't, you can help me if you would send my request through your email network.  Maybe you know someone that has a family member or friend with MD that has this program as a priority, and they might want to support me as I help raise awareness and funds for MDA.  Thank you and Merry Christmas to you, your families, and friends.  VR,  Kevin
