LTC Richard KELLEY to TAPs

Richard L. KELLEY died 28 NOV 2010 at the age of 70 after a long battle with cancer attributed to exposure to Agent Orange during the Vietnam War .

He had been struggling with prostate cancer due to agent orange (two tours in Vietnam) for several years.

He was buried in Arlington National Cemetery on April 1st, with full Military honors.
