Origins of the Military Pay Voucher System

The Finance Corps has struggled for years in its efforts to find the best approach to paying the troops in both peace and war times. 

A predecessor to the JUMPS/CAMPS systems was the Military Pay Voucher System (later to become the Modified Military Pay Voucher System).
