Help Veteran of 21st Finance and Disbursing Section, Korea, 1969

I am a researcher at the National Archives and a former Finance    Clerk (16th Fin Sec/173rd Fin Sect).  I am trying to help a veteran    of the 21st Finance & Disbursing Section, Mr. Wayne A. Allgood,    who was stationed in Korea in1969.  Mr. Allgood has a VA claim for    Agent Orange and states he made many trips to the DMZ visiting units    like the 2nd Engineer Battalion.  He also states that he came in    contact with these troops stationed near the DMZ and as a result has    Agent Orange.  I am looking for anyone in your organization who    would know or have knowledge about and could verify this veteran's    story. 

    I have attached the record with one buddy statement from one person    who was in the 21st.  The only claim missing is his claim that he    went on money runs to the DMZ in Korea while in the 21st.  Mr.    Allgood was in Korea from 22 Feb 1968 to 20 Mar 1969.  The people    who were stationed with him in the 21st were as follows:
