Full Mil Honors for SGM Bill Tolbert

Ann Tolbert, surviving spouse of SGM Bill Tolbert, who passed away last November has announced there will be a full military honors ceremony for Bill on Monday, 25 June at 1 PM at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon, California.
