COL Norm HICKS to TAPs

 Norm HICKS died 26 March at his home after a courageous battle with ALS Disease.  Private family internment will be held at Arlington Cemetery at a later date.  The family would also like to have a service of thanksgiving for Norm’s life at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Franconia, VA. prior to his interment at Arlington National Cemetery on 6 May at 9:00 A.M.
