Dear Bill,

           I regret to inform you that Wendell completed his tour of duty here on earth and now is in the heavenly places.  He left us this past Wednesday evening, November 30, 2016.

 His health status was very poor so he was received by our Lord that evening.  We give thanks for his life.

         We were truly blessed to have known you and to have received the recognition for Wendell's contribution to the U.S. Army Air Force during WWII and for a year following.  We

 will be always grateful, I know that he enjoyed your presence in both his professional and private life.

         Please give my greetings to Ann and all the members of the organization, thank you so much.
