Jerry LIPKA to TAPs

November 29, our friend Jerry LIPKA passed away. Jerry died peacefully in his sleep at the rehabilitation center where he had been since leaving Community North Hospital in Indianapolis. Visitation will be on Monday, 6 December 2010 from 10:00 to 12:00 with a memorial service to follow at the Christians United Church at Soldier's Memorial Chapel, 5626 Lawton Loop East Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46216 (directly across the street from Building 1). Interment will be at Crown Hill Cemetery, Field of Valor, following the Memorial Service. Prayers of strength for his children and Jean, please.
