Jerry LIPKA Hospitalized

Jerry LIPKA is currently hospitalized at Community North Hospital in Indianapolis. Jerry had been experiencing some chest and breathing discomfort last week and, at Jean's insistence, went to the hospitalized. On Thursday, 4 Nov surgeons performed a 4-way heart by-pass. While he is recuperating he has experienced some complications during the recovery and continues to be closely monitored. His overall health state improved yesterday (9 Nov); however, he remains in ICU and is not yet allowed visitors. Although as Americans we have grown quite use to the terms "open heart surgery" and "multiple by-pass operations," we also appreciate the seriousness of these procedures and offer our thoughts and prayers to a speedy recovery for Jerry and our love and support to Jean.
