COL CATE, WILLIAM F. to TAPs

Bill was a very active RAFINO member and he will be missed by all of us.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to Sharon and the family.

Among his many contributions were his classic reminiscences on life in the "Brownshoe Army", which he shared with RAFINO members and can be reviewed here and here.
