Gentlemen:
I trust/hope that this email reaches you-my Father-in-Law Colonel Carl Rotz Ret. passed away on October 25, 2012 in Washington,Pa-one of his wishes was that I contact The RAFINO Report so that all of his past colleagues were made aware of his passing.
I want you all to know what a wonderful job the Army did at his service-he was buried at the National Cemetery of The Alleghenies and it was truly a spectacular setting.
Thank you all at The RAFINO Report for keeping Col. Rotz so informed-he was 95 years young at his passing.
