Update from Bob (Smitty) Smith

Received this from Smitty, whose dues are prepaid to 2019 - now that is putting an optimistic spin on things!  Only John Olson is more optimistic, having paid out to 2022.  So, you folks who need to square up to 2012, get with the program!.

 I just wanted you to know that I sent a check in early January to Dave for $100, which got me caught up and ahead on my dues.  I figure by the time those dues run out I’ll be too old to care!

On the point about reunions, why do you guys always have them in October.  After all, some of us out here still work – I’m now a college professor.  Missing class to attend a reunion is not a popular thing to do!

Any way, it was nice to hear from you for any reason.
