Kay was 80.

Services: 2p'.m. Nov. 11 in Eden United Methodist Church, Greenfield, With visitation from Noon.  Burial: Mendon Cemetery, Arrangements: Stilleringer Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, Greenfield."

 Russ Dowden:  "As many Finance Corps soldiers will recall, Kay taught in the Finance School for many years and was loved and respected by us all."

Bob Freckleton:  "Kay taught travel entitlements and made a significant contribution to my education. Today, the internet based Defense Travel System requires travelers to initiate their own travel orders and vouchers.  "Amateur" approving officials within the units are the approving/certifying officers and are now largely unchecked systemically.  It's scary.  Please let Kay's family know she is missed.  She made a significant difference."
