Our ranks continue to grow.  Please welcome new member, LTC Thomas P. McKenna, to RAFINO.  He is currently serving as Director, Retired and Annuitant Pay, DFAS, Cleveland.

Tom did not let the retired grass grow under his feet, He retired on Monday 1 Aug 2011 and applied for and joined the membership in RAFINO today, 4 AUG 2011.
