2778, 27 Mar 2021Please welcome SGT VICTOR CARTER as the latest member of our RAFINO family.
I was assigned to 2nd General Hosp during Desert Storm 1989-1990. Assigned to 45th Finance twice. First was 1983-1985 then 1987-1990 Retired from Ft Drum 33rd Finance Bn in 1996 after going to Somalia and Haiti . Col Richardson was my Commander at 45th Finance the second tour.
