Please welcome COL GREGG L HILL as the latest member of our RAFINO family.

Mr. Gregg L. Hill was appointed to the Defense Intelligence Senior Level in December 2014.  Mr. Hill was named the Senior National Intelligence Program Advisor, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G2, Headquarters, Department of the Army.  In this capacity, he was responsible for providing authoritative advice on all aspects of the Army National Intelligence Program. Mr. Hill served as the Army’s senior technical advisor for National Intelligence Program Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budget, and Evaluation system.
