Please welcome CSM FRANKIE L MATTHEWS as the latest member of our RAFINO family.

Joined the U.S. Army July 16, 1971 Basic training at Fort Polk, LA Helicopter AIT at Ft Eustis, VA Served in Vietnam as helicopter mechanic Aug-Nov 1972 Crossed trained 1973 into Finance Corps at Ft. Rucker, AL Served in several leadership positions at Ft Dix, NJ, Giessen, GY, Ft, Ben Harrison, IN, Schofield Barricks, HI, Seageants Major Academy, Ft Benning, GA, Stuttgart, GY and retired as CSM of the 266th TFC in Heidelberg, GY in July 1, 1992. Awards include the Legion of Merit, Distinguished Member of the Regiment and the BG Goetz Award for Lifetime Achievement.
