Dave Mikkelson send us this tip for coping with the annual Daylight Savings Event coming up SUnday:
Wonder how many folks will set their alarm clocks to wake at 2am tomorrow night to change their clocks?
Duh! What works really good for us is to absorb the time change Saturday afternoon after lunch resetting our several clocks ahead (back in the fall). And then proceed into the evening on the new time going to bed and rising at 'regular' time. Try it; you'll like it.
