RAFINO Flyer

COL Zellars took our History info and added some pictures and logos for his use at the coming Army Financial Management Workshop (AFMW) and his FM Gala.  I'm glad he's embraced our organization, and between he and CSM Walker, they are working hard to educate active Soldiers about RAFINO.  VR,  Kevin
