Gillaspie First Ever NCO Deputy

Stan GILLASPIE was the first Non Commissioned Officer appointed a Deputy on 2 May 1977.  Stan provided copies of his Deputy papers.  (Editor:  This item is of special interest to me as I was the one who developed and requested Army approval of the NCO Deputy.  I could not remember who was the first.  Stan mentioned this in a recent conversation.)
