LTC DAVID HANNAM To TAPS

Dick Pedersen advised us that LTC DAVID HANNAM passed away 5/28/2016.at 07:40 hours

David was one of our exchange officers from the Royal Pay Corps in the late 1970’s.

Here is Janet's note advising of his passing:

Dear Ones,

It is in deep sorrow that I write to say that my darling, beloved David passed peacefully into the arms of our Lord at7.40am this-morning.   My heart aches but my comfort is knowing that he is free of the unbearable pain that he has suffered so heroically and without complaint for so many years.

Please join me and our family in thanksgiving for the life of my darling, wonderful husband, father and grandfather and pray for the eternal peace and rest of his soul with our Father in heaven.

A star went out in our lives on earth today but there is one new star shining brightly in the heavens.

Dear Ones,

I wanted to share with you that the Funeral Service for my darling David will be held at St. Philip’s Episcopal Church, Frisco this Wednesday, 1st June at 2pm.  Interment will follow at Ridgeview West Memorial Park, Frisco.

We invite you all and would love for you to attend both services and then return with us to the church for a reception in Stanton Commons, St. Philip’s Hall.

The funeral home is Turrentine, Jackson, Morrow in Frisco.www.TJMfuneral.com    We welcome flowers or, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Philip’s Episcopal Church for a specific and lasting memorial to honor David’s life.

We are almost overwhelmed by the outpouring of love for David and our whole family, for which we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
