Ralph Dixon in ReHab

This is to let you know that Ralph Dixon was hospitalized again with pneumonia. 

 

He has now been discharged to Allisonville Meadows, a rehab facility in Fishers, 10312 Allisonville Rd, Room 414 Fishers IN 460368. 

 

It has become increasingly more difficult for him to live at home as his eyes sight is affected by macular degeneration and his hearing is progressively more impaired.  He also has residual weakness in his legs from his bout of Guillain-Barre about 9 years ago.  It is difficult for him to read and hear on the telephone; but cards would still be appreciated.  Visits are also encouraged, but check with the facility regarding his rehab schedule first.

 

I have and will see Ralph daily.
