Biographical Resume: Commissioned as a Finance Corps Officer on graduation from Infantry Officers Candidate School in January 1967, my first assignment was at the U.S.Army Finance School where I helped write instruction courses for the Centralized Automated Military Pay System (CAMPS) which later grew into JUMPS. After a break in service to complete my Accounting degree, I served in the Finance Office at Fort Hood, Texas, and was the Finance Officer in Taegu, Korea. After graduation from the Finance Officer Advance Course I served in the U.S.Army Fianance and Accouningt Center until I left active duty. I later returned to the Center to work as a civilian Supervisory Accountant in the Military Pay Directorate and the Accounting Directorate until I retired in 2000.
